One UI 6.1 Android 14 Release Schedule for Samsung Smartphones

Samsung has released the complete One UI 6.1 rollout schedule, revealing when the eligible Galaxy phones will get the next version of Android 14. Most Galaxy smartphones will receive the update by November 2023’s end. The rest will get the update by the end of the year. You can treat new year by exploring all the new features of One UI 6.1!

The schedule was shared by a Samsung community moderator on the company’s European forums.

The first devices to receive One UI 6.1 are the Galaxy S24 series, which are actively receiving updates across the globe since late October 2023.

One UI 6 will then be rolled out to other Galaxy phones in waves, with the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 expected to receive it in November, followed by the flagship devices in .March 2024

How to get One UI 6.1

When One UI 6 is available for your device, you will receive a notification to download and install it. You can also manually check for updates by going to Settings > Software update.

Alternatively, download the full stock firmware for a manual upgrade before the update hits your device.

How to download One UI 6 full stock firmware?

Here you can download One UI 6.1 for Galaxy S-series, A-Series, Fold-series, or any other Galaxy-series phone or tablet full stock firmware using the SamFirm tool or the Firja Tool and install via Odin Flashtool.

You can use the SamFirm (Samsung Firmware Downloader) tool and the newly added Frija (also a Samsung Software Downloader) in order to download the full stock firmware directly from Samsung Servers.

1. First, download and extract the latest SamFirm tool or the Frija Samsung Firmware Downloader. [Direct Frija download link]
2. Go to About Phone under Settings on your Fold-series device and note the model number. Something like (SM-S918B) Refer to the table below.
3. Find the CSC code for your Galaxy S-series phone from here. Something like INS for the Indian variant.
4. Input the model number and region code.
5. Select or check the Auto box.
6. Also, check decrypt automatically box.
7. Hit check updates option.
8. Once the details are shown, hit the download button.
